NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION
  NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION        Non-Verbal Communication  is  Communication without the use of written or spoken words, like body  movements, voice patterns, time, touch etc.     Unlike Verbal Communication which is Conscious and Deliberate, Non-Verbal Communication is Instinctive and Spontaneous.         According to Albert Mehabian : Human Messages are Conveyed by: [Verbal = 7%; Vocal = 38% and Non Verbal = 55% - 65%] This Signifies the pivotal role played by Non Verbal Communication.
